Quite smoke

I am a smoker. I smoke from 7 years ago. I don't smoke steadily, but steal continue.
I completely quite smoke 2 years ago. But I start to live alone, I smoke again. Actually I quite this about half a year ago because boyfriend hate this. But he left, I smoke again. I think I have to quite smoke, but when I feel lonely, I smoke again.
